Abstract
The opportunity we had working on our project gave us a hands on look on what it is to be an engineer. The different materials and mechanics we have learned opened our mind to thinking a different way. We struggled at times thinking that we would never get started on our project, but with having three great minds we figured it out. Working with other teammates made the issues less stressful because it could be easily approached and solved. Working with another teammate could be annoying at times because of the different ideas we had, but it eventually worked out in the end. Three different minds thinking all at once brought out different ideas that we could bring to life. We approached our project with different solutions and ideas that we all came up with so we can find the most efficient way. Our project was all based on mechanics, dealing with motors, chains and zippers. We thought of many different kinds of materials to use like string, clips, motors, chains, and zippers. When one material didn't work we would just move on to the next material till we figured the best and most functionally way. Sadly, our project was not completed. However, it was a great experience because it opened our minds.
