Heated Socks Report
Abstract
Cold feet are a very common issue that people of all ages suffer from. As a solution to this, the idea of heated socks came into fruition. To protect people from cold feet, sicknesses, or disease, heated socks are a solid solution to keep feet warm and happy. Thorough testing was done to determine the rise in temperature over a certain amount of time. 60 second intervals were the chosen times since the heat pads were heating up at a decently quick rate and soon reached almost 35 degrees Celsius which is 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Rough sketches were drawn of the product which will be included in this report. Along with those sketches, pictures of the final product will also be included to highlight the final product. Many criterion were taken into consideration while coming up with this idea, such as comfort, style, effectiveness, ease of installation, etc. The main goal was to create a product that was simple and useful for consumers of all ages. Some might wonder why heated socks would be a good invention. Things such as cold feet, poor blood circulation, and issues with the heart are some of the reasons that heated socks seem like a useful invention, and more of those topics will be described in depth. Overall, heated socks are definitely a useful invention for consumers of any age, whether they are children or adults.
